OUR PROPERTIES
Our Elberta Bluffs property is a house that is set in the Village of Elberta (which is directly across the bay from Frankfort) nestled up against the Elberta Bluffs. It is a newer home (built 2013) with a walk out basement (2000 square feet of living space) This is the quietest of our properties Here you will enjoy a lovely deck with a patio beneath, 2 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces all with plenty of room for families to spread out
Fieldstone Manor was just completed in 2024. This property is downtown Frankfort where everything is within walking distance. This house has 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a fantastic open kitchen/living area, a fireplace, a patio, and a covered front porch.
The Apartment at Fieldstone Manor is a 610 square foot living space situated over the detached garage at Fieldstone Manor. It is its own separate entity that features 4 queen beds (bunk style), a full kitchen, fireplace, living area, and an elevated balcony with a view of Betsie Bay.
All our properties have onsite laundry, are heated and air conditioned, and all have free wifi.

SOME OF OUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO:
-Spend the day in Frankfort: Hit the beach, the farmers market (Saturday) jump off the pier, hike down the shoreline for miles, enjoy an ice cold microbrew at the Stormcloud
-Bike down the betsie valley trail: Just ride. This trail is easily picked up in Frankfort or Elberta and you can take it into the Crystal Lake/Beulah area or head towards Thompsonville
-Hit the Elberta beach: The sister beach to Frankfort. less people, just as beautiful. Walk the shoreline for miles
-Go fishing!: Book a charter at one of the agencies in Frankfort or just fish the Betsie river. Its the only river that is naturally run by all the big predator fish - Trout and Salmon
-Daytrip to Traverse City
-Daytrip to Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Very scenic. Lots of marked hiking for anyone. We love the Empire Bluffs Trail. Hit up Bear Paw Pizza and The Cherry Republic after.
-Daytrip to Leland
-Daytrip to Manistee
-Kayak the Platte, Betsie, Crystal, or Boardman rivers
-Go on a wine tour or a beer tour of our area's many micro wineries/microbreweries
